What Do We Do?

  • We developed a proprietary process that accurately measures an organization’s culture, despite all the delusions, glossy brochures, lawyers, wishful thinking, fear of retaliation, etc.
  • With that mathematical description, we’ll search a database of veterans who were measured the same way for solid matches with each organization’s culture. We’ll then give employers or admissions representatives a rank-ordered list of candidates (who will go through the regular hiring or admissions process).
  • Both sides will benefit because they’ll start the application knowing that they fit each other well.
