We created our culture measuring and matching process to find cultures that fit veterans who are looking for careers or higher education. Our beta testing revealed that this method can do a whole lot more:
- Compare two business cultures before a merger or acquisition.
- Measure a culture just to understand what’s really going on.
- Test the validity of a survey: this method works with existing surveys too. Our testing may confirm that a survey is delivering good data or find a serious problem (such as group members saying what they think the boss wants to hear).
- Make periodic measurements as leaders work to change a culture.
- Discover which training methods, communication styles, degree of autonomy, etc. work best with a culture.
